Plaster coming off with tiles

I have taken a few tiles off of my kitchen wall ready for the new kitchen units and fresh tiles, but alas the plaster pulled off with them. What do I have to do to make a surface fit for the new tiles and make the wall reasonably smooth. None of the area will be exposed due to the units and the tiles, therefore a spotless 100% professional job isn't required.
Please help!

If you're in a hurry use Jetcem Cement rapid setting cement + sand available from 2kg to 25kg
