Please excuse the stupid question!
Histroricaly because I've been scared of plaster, I've used filler to fill holes in walls (and over cable chasing and areas where old plaster fallen off) - using something like Eazi-fill
Last project I built a stud wall and plasterboard and plastered it myself, as it will be out of sight behind shelves. Anyway, after studying how-to's on YouTube - I have to say I'm impressed and it worked really well and is as good as most of our other walls in the house. (YCRTA: most of our existing plasterwork isn't pristine!)
So, when do you use plaster over filler? Is there a minimum area for plaster? Depth?
Just wondered what is recommended?
