8 months ago I had some plaster water damage from leaking window seal (see picture below). Leak has been fixed and I let plaster dry out over the summer.
Not sure the best way to paint the plaster. Do I apply sealer or I do I mist like new plaster before applying another coat? Any help appreciated. Thanks
