I don't know quite what youy mean by 'define', since the meaning of "triple socket outlet" is pretty obvious.
However BS1363-2 defines "mutiple socket outlets" in terms of accessories with "two or more socket outlets" ...

Interestingly, there are many places where it makes reference to unfused sockets with >2 socket outlets, implying that such animals may be 'allowed' by BS1363 (something I didn't think was the case).
