Hi,

I've taken off old tiles ready to be replaced with new one's and as expected it has damaged the plasterboard quite a bit, removing paper facing and deeper layers.

What is the best way to repair this please prior to re-tiling, can I skim it with something or best to replace the plasterboard completely ?

One wall is stud, the other solid so I assume dot and dab.

Thanks!
