Plastering a shower room

Hi,

I have taken off the tiles in my small shower room and on the end wall and one side wall the bonding coat has been left on and is fairly stable. On the other wall I am back to the breeze block. What is best for the plasterer to do? Put bonding on the other wall and then skim and tank it or use waterproof tile backer boards?

Or any other suggestions?

Are you going to tile or use panels?

The plan is to tile the whole room.

Plaster and tank IMHO.
