plastering holes left by plasma TV

i am moving home and have hole bout 5inches square on the wall, that i cut out too hide the wires for plasma TV,

i kept the piece of plaster thats fits in the square and my question is how do i go about plastering this too the wall ???

Any advice would be much appreciated !

Put a big-ish screw in the centre of the "patch" to hold it with your hand .......then put gripfill around the edge of the hole ...place patch into orig. position and let grip. go off .........remove screw and face fill with decorators filler . sand and re fill until smooth
