plastic drawer guides / runners

My old chest of drawers has plastic drawer runners which have started to break up and I want to replace them but they are 16mm x 16mm. I can only find 8mm x 16mm replacements.
I have considered manufacturing my own out of wood but I just wondered if anyone knew where I could get any 16mm x 16mm runners/guides
