Plastic isolator screwhead gone

I am unable to turn of one of the isolator valves as plastic screw head has broken...I have tried gluing plastic to it with no success any ideas?

Replace the valve, glue wont work.

...frustrating as think problem with stop cock that means I can't replace isolator valve...

But at least won'the waste time trying glue

Got main stop cock outside as well, the one the water companies use.
