Plastic pipework under floor boards

If you went to a job to swap some radiators and when going under the floor to bring new pipes up to the rads you notice the pipework like this how would you proceed.

I might attach it a bit better so that it doesn't flop down.

Thanks it's been in for a while. Would you just try and use strap band to hold it up abit more?

Wont it even just nail clip up onto the underside of the joists?

No real need for galvy banding but at a stretch then banding would be better than it is just now I would think
