Plastic vs. copper

Can someone please give me their opinion on the relative pros and cons of plastic and copper piping (15ml)?

Um.......what did you search for? I tried it, theres 222 topics referring to plastic pipe and one in November and one in February specifically comparing copper and plastic.

I realise that you plumbers probably do these calculations in your head every day, but we have to bear in mind that this is a DIY forum. As such, having a nice, easy to use, formula at hand, can save hours of trial and error.
