Who would I get in to rip out my kitchen ceiling and reboard?

I want it skimming ultimately but it has sustained a lot of water damage over the past 20 years (previous owners must have been particularly keen on overflowing their baths!)

It is approx 3m x 4m so I hope it won't cost too much!

plasterer would carry out those works mate no problem.
might even be able to get away with over boarding depending on how flat the ceilin is, saves you all the horrible dust and mess and itchy insulation comeing down.

get a couple of plasterers to give you a quote, if its a plasterboard ceiling thats being taken out it can be reboarded and skimmed in a day, your probably looking at a couple of hundred give or take a pound
