Yes I know, I already have the replacement handles, that match the ones on the new windows just fitted. This is on old window, on one the handle was not locked (the one in the photo), the other one is locked. The least disruptive way of getting it off will be to have the. Hence why I’d like to find out what type it is. For extra info the handle will be about 11 years old.
Hi, thanks for that. He has made an updated video to cover two different types of lock. Mine is the square sprung block type in the base of the lock. I’ve had a quick tinker but not managed it yet. I’ll persevere some more tomorrow.
Thanks for help. I tried the bent clip method but it wasn’t going to work. Have brute forced the lock with screwdriver and got the barrel out and managed to release lock. Handle is off.
