uPVC window locks broken

Afternoon guy's, i've got a couple questions.

1 window lock doesn't work at all, you can still open it when locked.

2 other windows stay locked when key removed, but if key left in you can can push & it will open. Other windows this doesn't happen. I take it, that's not supposed to happen?

2nd question is can this be fixed, if not how do i identify the handle's i need if replacement's needed. There seems to be a multitude of different ones online.

why not just replace them with one of these : just measure what you have and match

the one in your hand on the last picture has RH right hand stamped on it...so...a rh locking handle would be what you need.
