Please help cost?

Good Morning,

I live in London and looking at getting work done in my house.

I have 4 bedrooms and 2 hallways where they will need to go back to the brick work, replaster, finish and provide/fit skirting boards/architraves.

They will also need to knock down 2 brick internal walls and build 2 stud walls.

What would be the rough cost for this work?

I was quoted £500 per room and was told that's the average cost for replastering/finishing a room?

He is pulling your leg
with out seeing the job in person there's no way any can price a job like that with out looking at it and measuring up ect there's a lot of waste skips permits parking lintels stud float and set or dabing ect ect ect the list goes on
