Please help no heating

Hi,

due to some noise in the radiators I let air out.

Than it got warm and shortly after it got cold again.

Now the pressure is very low 0.4bar and the boiler is not turning on.

What can I do to increase the pressure?
Do I have to wait?

Please help as it is getting very cold.
