Please Help

Hi everyone, am new here and looking for some help.

I have recently moved into my new student house and we have a TRAC TPE20 timer on our centeral heating, but no instruction as to how to use it, so the heating is either on or off, hve looked onthe internet but cant find the instructions anywhere, can anyone help me??

i found it on the net, its a 2 channel timer, so one side is for hw the other ch, set times acordingly

Its setting the times that i need help with, could you tell me where u found it on the net?
