Please tell me how to turn my heating on manually - ECOtec plus 32

Hi

I can't find the manual so I don't know how to turn the heating on.

At the moment, the thermostat is connected up. The electricians are coming back tomorrow to connect. But in the meantime, the house is cold. We've had the heating on before but I wasn't about to see what buttons were being pressed.
