As I said, you can plug it in, but you'd need to find a way to get the cable from the heater to the socket, and keep it out of the way (particularly out of the way of the hob!).So basically I have a double socket where hob is going to go and that's the sock I was going to plug heater onto.......
It quite possibly doesn't, since such things are not usually 'plugged in', but you could always fit a plug.It doesn't even say if it comes with a plug or not
FCU = Fused Connection Unit. If you are not using a plug (which contains a fuse), but, rather, permanently wiring it in, you have to provide the fuse in some other way, and an FCU is the way to do it. They look like:Can you pls explain fcu in lay mans term sir??
