Plug in Electric heater

Evening all. I bought a plug in electric heater which is fitted with a 13 amp plug to use in my garage.

My garage set up is a 32 amp MCB with only 2 double sockets , for this heater to work do I need to spur a FCU from a socket ??

why cant you just plug it in?

It doesnt work , the sockets work when tested with a hoover , hi fi and a drill so not a socket problem. The heater works when plugged into the cooker fused socket in the kitchen.

open the heaters plug and tighten the connections and check the fuse is firmly seated.
