"Plumbers on Watchdog" infers that qualified people were on the 'show'.
I didn't watch the programme, but it was on the TV at the other end of the roon whilst I was on the netbook. OH said look at this. The dimble I saw was using A N Other's Gas Safe card...illegally, obviously.

He was a guy doing plumbing work. No conclusive proof that he was a plumber.
A semi-trained chimpanzee would have spotted the red LED straight away.

he wasn't a service engineer & didn't have the first clue what was wrong, yes he used someone elses card which is illegal, however i didn't see anything that he did that he needed to be GSR for, however useless he was

The trouble with all these crap programs is they don't give you the full or correct story, bit like the papers really.
