Hi
Previous owners were using this little room behind the ground floor toilet as a shower. The floor is concrete and there is a waste trap in the floor, see pics below.
I've removed the electric shower and want to put a washing machine in there, mostly easy since I can reuse the water and electric feeds from the shower. But ideally I want to put in a 40mm standpipe trap and connect it to that white pipe in the middle of the old floor waste. But the outside diameter of that pipe is around 43mm and the inside is around 35mm.
What's the right way to go about this?
EDIT: I've just seen this FloPlast WF08 Flexi Waste Straight Coupling Grey 38-45mm https://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-wf08-flexi-waste-straight-coupling-grey-38-45mm-x/81383
Would that do the job?
