Plumbing help needed!!!!! Sewer line. (Canada)

The sewer line was replaced from cast iron to ABS. We just noticed that one part of the line is to high, which is causing some yucky stuff to go to other areas. We must lower this area to have the proper flow rates. We were told to use MJ clamps. In total we would need to use 5 of them. My question is this... Is this a permanent fix? It will be underground, are MJ clamps suitable for this type of life? Is using 5 too much?

Haven't a clue - sorry! This site is UK based, and we aren't familiar with colonial systems :wink:
