Hi
I have just started a new kitchen project the first job is to fit a new radiator in the Kitchen.
Heres my dilema the pipes come out of the wall up through the floor by way of dry lined dot and dab wall.
Pipes are 15mm new radiator is 40cm narrower then old one and weighs 45kg.
The floor is overlayed with Amtico flooring so no access to floorboards I can get at pipes in wall by removing skirting and cutting away plaster board but will have to channel pipes through wall.
I was hoping to use speedfit fittings but have read here that is not advisable each pipe will have to be moved anyone had any experience of this or offer me any advice beggining to wish I hadnt bought the damn thing.
