Depends on the rad, and as long as you are fitting new rads then this shouldn't be a problem becasue they come with instructions on just this point. Some rads are particular about flow direction due to internal baffles and they are generally marked. A lot of rads it makes no difference at all.

we have small old pipes i think they are 10mm or below then my partner changed some rads. he put 15mm onto the rads and reduced it to the 10mm which fits on the mains feed should we change it all to 15mm
