I have a 5mm microbore system, I need to adapt it to fit standard 15mm radiators. I can't seem to find any body who stocks the necessary adaptors can anyone help.

Never heard of 5 mm. other than brake lines on cars 
the pressure would have to be similar to get the water through 
. You could try an 8mmx 15 reducer and use grade D solder to fill the gap. .It`s still used by classic car panelbeaters to " lead Load" car panels ..and was used by proper plumbers way back
