Plunge saw with guide

Hi,

I want to cut the border out of the parquet floor that I am laying.

Does anyone know where I can hire a plunge saw with guide rails in the Essex area?

I have tried the usual suspects, HSS, Speedy etc without luck.

I can buy one but that seems a waste for a single job.

Or has anyone got an alternate idea for cutting the border?
