POC DVR with standard TVI / AHD camera?

Hi all

I'm looking at the DVR Hikvision DS-7204huhi-k1/p

It says it is a POC turbo HD/AHD /analog interface input. Its 5mp

Can I use the hik colorvu cameras with it. 5mp. It says TVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS 12 VDC.

I understand i wouldn't be able to run the power over coax but will it work as normal if I supply the camera with a 12v power supply and it will work with the DVR?

To be fair, 5MP fixed lens Color Vu on POC should be available in the UK later this year and 2MP motorised.

However its possible that these will be available in November / December and we could be in a lock down at this point, I guess that will depend on how people behave in the UK in the meantime and if the Northern Ireland full lockdown for several weeks works.

current analogue Color Vu cameras will need power and coax cable (RG59 shotgun)
