Pointing York Stone?

I've got a York stone patio. Some of the mortar has come out, here and there. I mixed some cement with mortar tone to try and match the colour of the original mortar. But couldn't get a good match. Is there a mortar or something generally used with York stone? I don't want to have to remove all of the original mortar and would prefer to patch it up. The original is yellowish btw.
