I am planning to knock through a kitchen dinning room and install underfoor heating overwhich I trying to decide on the flooring, this would also extend to the outside area. Polished concrete seems good but would a floated floor be cheaper than the ready made tiles you can buy?
Any advice on who could install a polished floor, although competent at DIY, 45 sq m seems daunting.
