Poly pipe multi zone - Master Control Stopped

Hi there, have a polypipe 3 zone underfloor heating system.

Just went to start it up for the winter as we switch it off for a few months and it’s not working. After some investigation, there is the mains power supply going into the master control unit (which is live) (yellow circle) but the unit itself is not coming on, there’s no power going through it, the green led isn’t lighting up. Do I need a new master unit or have I missed something? Is there a fuse on the master control? I can’t see one.

Yes it does in the main control unit 5 amp. Someone suggested it could be a faulty valve actuator that’s caused it though? Should I change fuse first then see if it works

Change it, or at least test the fuse using a continuity test
