Need a bit of advice on what parts I'll need.

I have 10mm poly connected to 15mm copper which goes to the existing tap.

I want to take the old tap and copper pipe out and replace it with my new tap which has braided hose feeds.

I also want to fit a ballofix fix valve of some sort between the 10mm poly and the new braided hose and this is where I'm unsure of what size/type of fitting I need, ideally from screwfix, wickes or b&q as there all near me.

Poly is fine as I know the size but the threaded connector on the hose is roughly 22mm (externally). What do I need to join the two?

I haven't. It's what's there already.

There's only a small section of it which comes from an elbow to the copper which goes to the existing tap.

Thanks for the tip.

What about putting in a isolation valve and connecting to the braided hose?
