Polyplumb fittings demountable?

hey, are polyplumb fittings demountable like the old blue hep20 fittings were. If you have put a fitting on a section of pipe can you unscrew the old fitting and put a new fitting on tht section of pipe.
 
what do you do then just unscew it and leave the grab ring etc on the pipe and put the new fitting on taking out oll the inners first?
 
think il need to buy one of the polyplumb component kits with the spare inners for the fittings
