pool house floor concrete depth

I have been asked to tile a pool house floor,it has been built over an outdoor pool which had slabs round the outside.They have now been lifted.The customer has asked me if I can sort out the concrete for the floor.
Before I agree I would like to get an idea of what I need to do as regards hardcore depth,concrete,membrane etc.
