Hi ,
We have recently moved into a large property and have noticed that the cold water flow is poor .
Our system is a pressurised cylinder with an expansion vessel and a system boiler .
If the cold tap is running and you flush a toilet the tap almost stops .
The hot tap has pretty decent flow .
I've attached some pics , There is a combination valve and I'm wondering if there is a strainer in there that could be blocked ?
Any advice is really appreciated .
We had it serviced last month and after mentioning it to the plumber he did not seem interested ....
