Possible brick mould/disease?

Hello all,

This house was build in 1999. The bricks have a noticeable discoloration.

Any ideas what this could be?

Absolutely no problem, its efflorescence, basically its salts within the bricks, moving to the surface with the rain. If you don't like the look, you can wash it of.
