External brick discoloration/(Efflorescence?) under DPC

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone can help, we have this discoloration on the exterior brick wall under the damp membrane. Please can someone advise on how best to get this cleaned...if at all advisable to do so.
There are no noticeable problems, just for visual appearance.

Just brush it off. Nothing you can do, it's just the salts coming out. When it reappears, just brush it off again.
