Possible damp issue?

Hey guys,

So I had a damp report on my house which back fine but I have noticed the ground floor kitchen floor divide has this persisting little damp spot. Any ideas? To the left is the outer door and the wall marks I think was a snail. But it's been like this in both rain and sun. Is there something nasty going on here?
