Poterton Performa expansion vessel presure

After checking every single pipe and radiator i gave up and called professional plumbers to find out WHY pressure drops in the system??
i have also changed the PRV...

they established - the Expansion vessel is not good and needs a new one.

i am planning to change it myself the only question i have what is the pressure i need to pump up in expansion vessel ?

also, when do i need to pump it, after the water is connected to exp vessel or prior to that?

please advise!
