Thinking of using pott promax sl , as it does not need a permanent live or pump live if not fully trv'd.

Would be a lot of work to run new flex.

Has others here used this boiler, what do think of it.?

Could be OK if serviced correctly but VERY often aren't which eventually leads to heat exchanger failure (or at the least the seals on it), blown burners and lots of lockouts. Personally I'd avoid any boiler with that heat exchanger like the plague!
