Potterton EP2000 Room thermostat wiring

I have a Potterton EP2000 and i'm wanting to add a room thermostat. I took the timer off the wall and found this...

Two disconnected wires...no idea what they are for or where they go.

I have the wiring diagram but not to sure how to wire in the room thermostat. The thermostat i'm using is simple 240vac powered wireless thermostat switch.

Also the hot water will only come on if the central heating is on as well, i think this is beacuse its missing link wire between L and 1.

You need to tell us what other controls you have on the system, ie any motorised valves in the airing cupboard. Boiler model, and where the pump is located.
