Potterton Kingfisher MF pilot light

I wonder if someone can help. The pilot light switches on straight away, but the boiler continues with the sparks to ignite it, and the main gas flow does not come on for a long time, sometimes not at all. Thank you for any advice, Peter

The PCB is not detecting any pilot flame.

I had a problem with one of these because the flame was slightly lifted off and did not conduct well to earth but no one else had apparently see that.
