hope some kind person can help me.
The fault on the boiler is unless I tap the
front of the control panel or wedge
something in between control panel &
casing bioler will not fire up.Pump & fan running.

Sounds like a loose connection or maybe a sticking relay on the pcb.

dry joints on the 15 yr old (?) PCB. Resolder them if you know how, or pay someone to do it. Most likely the relay board (right hand side)
