potterton netaheat 16/22 problem.

hi guys
have a potterton netaheat 16/22 boiler.
It will only bring water up to 45c...the white rodgers gas valve will only measure 4mb even when adjusted right up. should be about 8 to 14 according to book.pressure at meter 24mb going down to 21 when boiler lit. no obvious blocks in 22mm pipe. pipe run is about
15mtrs.
any ideas?

I can guess what the problem may be.

But we dont give DIY gas advice on this forum.

You need to call a gas reg engineer!
