Potterton performa 28 hot water? yes, central heating no!

Woke up in a cold house. Hot water is OK but no hot water going to the rads. Water levels OK, no warning neons. Neon for CH is not lit at all. All the red temp neons are lit. I can't hear a pump going but I am not sure that I ever did when it was working.

Sure it is something simple but not sure what to check next. What should I look at next?

First check the programmer/room stat. Is it a wireless one ? Batteries maybe ? Been to loads of callouts with wireless stat probs.
