More info required, ie what lights are showing on the front etc. Any sound from it at all?

have lights for hot water and temp, no warning or flashing lights, no light for heating, have switched from just hot water to water and heating but heatiing (radiator) not lighting up.

There should be a link between t1 and t2. This is found in the pcb compartment where the mains lead is connected. Be careful when working in there and isolate boiler.

It sounds as if the DHW demand switch is remaining activated.

This would cause the boiler to fire up every 15-20 minutes and keep the boiler warm.

Nupty parts changer engineer? I hope you did not pay for parts not required to repair the fault !

Tony

OP are you saying that the boiler operates OK on hot water only, ie starts on demand and shuts down when tap is closed?

yes boiler works fine for hot water when the switch is on water and water/heating. when switched to water/heating and tap is not on, the radiator light does not come on nor does heating, the pump seems to be running though.
thanks

bugger
was under the last one, sorry Agile
have made a note and will pass on to the new boiler man
thanks for that.
Bloody boiler, have just sold my house and dont really want to put new boiler in for someone else

the pump seems to be running though.
