can you please help my boiler fan warning light is on and therefore will not fire up. it has been playing up for a few days now. it tends to rev for 5 mins or so then the fan light comes on. this goes on for a while before eventually firing up. once the heating is running it seems to be ok until i open the hot bath tap. any ideas do i need a new fan? thanks

thanks very much for advice. will get someone out to look at it for me. i'll let you know the outcome 
cheers tony, corgi bloke has been out to look at my boiler, the continuity to the fan was fine he fitted new new fan and everything is working fine now. thanks very much for advice.
