can you please help my boiler fan warning light is on and therefore will not fire up. it has been playing up for a few days now. it tends to rev for 5 mins or so then the fan light comes on. this goes on for a while before eventually firing up. once the heating is running it seems to be ok until i open the hot bath tap. any ideas do i need a new fan? thanks

This is perhaps more likely to be a PCB fault but might be the fan or the APS.

Since all of these parts are involved in the gas and safety aspects you need a competent CORGI engineer to diagnose the fault.
