I've been pointed in your direction by a couple of people so hopefully you can help out.
I've got a Potterton Performa 28i Combi boiler which was fitted just under 2 years ago, over the past few weeks i've noticed the pressue drops off the gauge so doing what my brother advised i open the valve and let it build up again, this is fine and it stays at that level but at some point throughout the day when i am work it drops back off the gauge again.
The rads are still nice and warm and the water still heats properly. I have noticed water down the side of the house presumidly from the overflow i think (small copper pipe) so i'm guessing thats where my water is going.
Someone has said it may be the PCB, is it common to fail on a boiler of this age? And is it a do it yaself job or pro job and any idea on £££
Thanks in advance
