The fan runs on my boiler but the boiler does not ignite. slight tap to the front cover and the boiler ignites. Can anyone help

Hang on. I'll just have a look in the yellow pages and see if I can find a number for "Boiler-tappers" in your area

ok i have found the wheel tappers and shunters, will that do.

Is it sparking?
Could be the electrode lead 'earthing' or a dodgy APS,

on the other hand...........

Your door seals may not be performing as well as they should be.
This is potential a very serious problem and needs further on-site investigation by a competent engineer

I have replaced the door seal and the electrode lead, could this mean the electronic control box is defective no funnies please

what was the outcome of your boiler fault, was it air flow switch?

and why cant i sleep ???
