Your help is greatly appreciated...
I have a 10yr old (plus) Profile Prima linked to a EP2001 control box.
In Oct03 (as soon as I needed the heating on for the winter) I had the problem of the timer unit kicking in, the pump whurring but no 'click click ignite' of the flame.
He subsequently replaced the thermostat (the copper wire with the dial on the front?) - everything worked correctly again.
Now that Spring is here, as soon as I turned the CH off I've got no HW - due to the fact that its not igniting. (even if I try putting both HW/CH on it still doesnt ignite). Is this a thermostat issue again or more serious?
It seems a very 'delicate' system..
I would appreciate some advice before getting the Corgi out again...
